Where the cheaper apartments are

İskele on the east coast holds both the largest number of apartments on this page (65) and the lowest entry price (£47,000). Long Beach and the surrounding developments account for most of that supply. Kyrenia and Lapta on the north coast sit higher — established towns, more completed stock, less new construction land.

Buying an apartment off-plan vs. ready

Apartments still under construction are usually sold on interest-free developer instalments, commonly 30–40% down with the balance spread over 24–36 months. Completed apartments are normally paid in full or over a much shorter schedule, but you can see exactly what you are buying and, where relevant, start renting it out sooner. Both routes appear on this page; each listing states its own status.
